Sara has spent her life performing and teaching as a professional modern dancer and singer. She graduated from Sarah Lawrence College, NY and holds various certifications in Alexander Technique, Yoga, Pilates and Dance Education. She has taught courses on posture, breathing and voice for executives in various institutions.
